• Collects and analyzes server statisitics and recommends short and long term resolutions to issues before they become critical
• 1
• 2+ years of practical enterprise operations and maintenance support in a project of similar size/scope 2
• 2+ years experience in enterprise help desk operations 3
• 1 year experience in MS Windows 2003 or latest version server and domain administration 4
• 1 year experience PVCS Tracker and Remedy Action Tracker 5
• Expert knowledge in Remedy Ticket Management System
