• Ideal candidate will possess seven (7) years in unified capabilities including services such as voice and video converged with data applications end-to-end over hybrid Circuit Switched and IP networks
• Advanced knowledge of IP protocols and technologies
• Understanding of the DoD classified and unclassified Voice and Video over IP architectures
• Contract requires US Citizenship
• Candidate must possess Active DoD Secret Clearance or possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• This position is currently located in Chantilly Virginia and could potentially move to Ft Meade Maryland location in 2010

• Coordinates traffic plans and IP addressing
• Assists with site surveys, implementations and operational testing including the development and maintenance of test plans
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, systems engineering, physics, computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
• Nine or more years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, operating systems programming or naval architecture
• Experience working with specific software and/or hardware systems with a specific concentration in one or more areas
