The QA Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing test scripts, database validation testing, software and web testing
The QA Engineer participates in all phases of a project, from business requirements review, design, to final system testing and launch, as well as providing production support for the PayMode application and client base
He/she must be a self-starter, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail
Job Description: The QA Engineer will:
Participate in a rotating schedule providing production support to internal and external business clients, which occasionally requires support outside of normal business hours
Interface and coordinate research/resolution of issues with the Customer Support, Development, and Product Management teams
Ability to perform tests against Web applications, both front-end UI as well as back-end databases, application servers, and services
Outstanding written and verbal communication skillsalong with solid experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
