Duties and Responsibilities: Â Support definition and implementation of the Testing process and support procedures for custom-developed and integrated COTS software solutions
 Develop and maintain standard systems testing documents including traceability matrices and test plans, procedures, and reports.  Lead test procedure and test readiness reviews. Support requirements, design, and deployment readiness reviews  Document and track test problems and defect through resolution
Implement automated tools to support system requirements traceability and testing
 Support the organization's continuous process improvement initiative
 Required Qualifications: - Full lifecycle experience supporting software development projects and a demonstrable understanding of the accepted practices of software development life cycle management - Experience defining and implementing Test processes and procedures - Experience developing and maintaining standard test documentation including test plans, procedures, and reports - Ability to develop domain knowledge about existing systems and capabilities - Strong communication and documentation skills - ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to include IT staff meetings and high-quality technical documents - Ability to work effectively as a team member and individually to ensure service and product delivery in compliance with defined procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced, technically challenging and dynamic environment - Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail - Ability to analyze, assess, and summarize large amounts of data - Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related field and five to seven years of related experience (minimum five years of software testing experience for Lotus Notes and MS
NET applications) - CompTIA A+ or Security +Â Certification or ability to obtain within six months of employment
