SOFTWARE DEVELOPER, LEAD (43369) Information Systems USA-NC-Raleigh Security Clearance : Confidential Clearance Status : Must be Obtainable Schedule : Full Time Shift : None Type of Travel : None Percent of Travel Required : None Description Duties and Responsibilities: The vendor shall be required to provide for the successful operation, maintenance, management, and enhancement of various aspects of EPA-RTP Intranet/Internet applications and web sites
This includes operations, maintenance and management of IRMD Web Application Management software, hardware, custom coding, application integration, database administration, and web site content. New development requirements for applications will be addressed and documented according to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and procedures. While the individual elements of this TORFQ may not be stated in detail or in specific terms, the vendor shall detail in their technical approach the steps necessary to perform all functions and activities required to successfully maintain and enhance IRMD Web Application Management software, hardware, custom coding, applications, databases, and web sites The vendor shall also be required to perform all work that is normally associated with, or is an inherent part of, the activities necessary for the successful support, maintenance and enhancement of web applications and web sites
Required Qualifications: Requires bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle, Coldfusion 8, Dreamweaver, TOAD, Ultra Edit, Ultra Compare, ExamDiff and Subversion
Working knowledge and experience in running scripts and performing code changes for the implementation of customized coding must be demonstrated
A minimum of 2 years of experience coding in the Mach-II object-oriented web application framework, use of javascript with cascading style sheets and SQL scripts
