This position is responsible for providing consulting services and delivering solutions to Hyland’s user community leveraging the OnBase product suite’s business process efficiency tools. · Assist in delivering professional solutions by translating business process requirements into a technical solution through design, implementation, testing, and training

· Develop competence in all responsibilities of the Professional Services Group sufficient to deploy solutions independently
