Works with various engineers and staff in the Information Technology - Research Department to create new, or modify existing, policies, procedures and other documentation; proactively follows up to collect feedback
 Create test scripts and coordinates the execution of test plans
 Creates and maintains a user guide to computers and security which will provide instructions, policies and best practices to all new users
Provides and uses standard documentation templates so IT information is presented in a consistent, easy to understand, well-organized, easily referenced manner
Update Business Owners Lists, IT Contacts List; Change Leads list as scheduled
Audit HEAT Change Management tickets to ensure all required documentation is in place or solicit it from the change participants, close completed change tickets and work with internal audit during change management audits
Perform or assist in performing impact assessments for changes
 Route and/or approve various changes to the appropriate group(s); communicate the status of changes and change decisions according to the change management process
 Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and change participants in arriving at recommendations for prioritization and staging of requests in the release process
 Run reports for change management meetings; drive the agenda for the change management meetings; encourage participation from all members
